Mr. Navneet Ranjan
Having sailed across the Indian and Pacific oceans as a marine engineer at the onset of his career, Mr. Navneet Ranjan gradually found himself drawn toward business management. An alumnus of MDI Gurgaon and ESCP London, he gained invaluable experience working with notable organizations such as Arcelor Mittal Luxembourg and Tata Steel. These professional chapters unveiled his innate aptitude for uniting individuals toward common objectives, a skill that eventually guided him toward entrepreneurship.
Hailing from a small town deeply entrenched in Bihar's rural economy, Mr. Navneet Ranjan bore witness to the persistent struggles of the rural populace. This intimate understanding compelled him to venture into the agricultural sector, where he undertook the establishment of a Rural Agri Business Centre—a comprehensive solution catering to the multifaceted requirements of farmers. With the Centre operating seamlessly, he transitioned his focus to the healthcare domain, a natural choice given his familial ties to the medical profession.
Over the last three years, Mr. Navneet Ranjan has been an integral part of the top strategic team that catapulted Mediversal into a prominent name within Patna and Bihar, achieving this feat within a notably short span.
His corporate background not only equipped him with adept marketing and liaison skills, but also facilitated his mastery of project financing and business laws due to his present dedication. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is a passionate reader and an avid debater on subjects spanning politics, society, and economics. Driven by an unceasing quest for self-discovery, he finds profound inspiration in the teachings of "SADHGURU JAGGI VASUDEV" and India's rich spiritualism and mythology.

A prominent Orthopaedic Surgeon in Bihar, he has extensive experience in performing complex Ilizarov Surgeries. Dr. Nishant is a D Ortho from Manipal University & MS (Ortho) from Rajeev Gandhi University (Karnataka) and specializes in Arthoplasty & Arthroscopy.

Mr. Sankalp Pratap
He is currently serving as Associate Professor - Strategy at IIT Jodhpur. His research interests include corporate entrepreneurship with a focus on health and education. He has served in various multi national organizations in the past.

Bhanu Pratap
A graduate from Marine Engineering & Research Institute, Kolkata, Bhanu is also an IIM Lucknow alumnus, and has worked with MNCs such as NYK Lines, Accenture, Tata Tele Services, KPMG and HSBC Bank. He has extensive management consulting experience with several Indian state governments and International governments. His global & multi industry exposure in areas of business strategy and digital transformation are instrumental in providing a strategic steer and in leading the group's digital initiatives.
Jayant Gandhi
A graduate from Marine Engineering & Research Institute, Kolkata, Jayant is a British Petroleum veteran having worked in multiple countries and cross cultural teams. He has extensive experience and knowledge about maintenance and operations of heavy engineering units. The true engineer within the group, he is hands on with any mechanical or electrical installation and maintenance. The group can always be relaxed about smooth running of all medical and non medical equipment as well as all infrastructure related engineering and maintenance with him at the helm!
